Dear Brethren at HCJB,
I am preparing proof documents to present at the 500th anniversary commemoration of the First Christian Reformation to be held in Wittenberg, Germany in 5 years (1517 – 2017).
Help me, if you please, find the document your short wave broadcast featured on 31 January 2005 in the voice of Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice, who said:
“I don’t care what the outcome of the election is (in Iraq), the people will not be permitted to elect a spiritual government.“
This quote was so diabolic that I reached for paper and pencil and wrote it down immediately, but in my search of the documents posted by the U.S. State Department this quote was not found.

p.s. I was visiting “Crown International” in Elkhart, Indiana, in about 1984 and I was shown your transmitter setting on a palate preparing for shipment. “This transmitter is for HCJB in Quito, Ecuador,” I was told.
